Happy Birthday

This card I made for a friend for her birthday using Tilda with balloon.  I used Flair design and bazzill pp with a nestability outline for Tilda.  I used Catalina Border design for the outside and cut off some to design the rest of the nestability.  Then used a Catalina corner and a couple of butterfly cutouts.  I colored Tilda with Copics trying to match the colors in the Flair pp.  I glittered the balloon and the butterflies.

I appreciate all your lovely comments and for taking the time to stop by.
Hugs, Jean

Happy Birthday Peggy

I made this card for Peggy for her birthday last month.  I still have it here as I have been fighting this bad cold and sinus infection so I still have her present too..  Hoping Monday will be our day to get together, so I am just going to post it..  I used Tilda with a present, colored her in mauve pink with glitter (of course) and colored her hair blond (doesn't look like it, but it is).  Paper is from My Minds Eye and I love the Quote and bird and bird cage.  Flowers are Prima and used satan ribbon bow to entertwine between the flowers..  also used lots of pearls and beads to show off the flowers and used three crystals on the bottom right side

This is the inside of the card.  The paper matches the outside paper.  The quote is from a Hampton Art stamp. One of my favorites.
Thank you for coming to my blog and looking at my card.   I do so love each and everyone of you who take the time out of your busy schedule to view each card.  It does make a difference and I love you for it.. I also love your replies and gain from them...     Thank you and God Bless.     Hugs, Jean

Happy Birthday

This Birthday card was made for a friend and sure took me long enough to get back into the groove!!  The cardstock I used is Bazzill and is the same color as Tilda's dress and the flower but sure couldn't  prove it by the picture.  The paper is In My Minds Eye and the flower is Recollections.  The swirls were used with crystals but it doesn't look like it from the picture.  I used Copics on all of Tilda's coloring.

This is kind of a side picture of the card so you can get a better picture of the flower and Tilda and the sentiment.  It still doesn't give the correct color of the cardstock and doesn't show off the bling too good which you know I am a big fan of bling, but I know it is there.  Anyway you can see it on the flower.

This is a close up of my Tilda and still doesn't show the bling really good.  Of course the weather was really bad outside today raining and overcast so I had to take it inside and used my Ott light and some times I am not  the best with it and I didn't take my time setting up both ott lights to really get a good lighting from both sides, was in a hurry to get the card to our friend.  That what I mean.. I am a procrastinator.. oh well that is my good point!!   At least I got it done...
Thank you for taking the time to look at my card.  If you would leave a message I would sure appreciate it.  Have a great day and may God Bless You.   Hugs, Jean

Christmas Town

This is my play town for my mini Maggie and Edwin's and I have had so much fun with them, but it has taken me so long and a lot of effort, but thank you to our gorgeous Diana and her gracious two for one I have almost every winter mini and loads of other Tilda and Edwin's.  This project has been a work I have most enjoyed and so I did keep what I used as it has been a multi of objects, but this will be mostly a picture book...enjoy and the last picture will be my favorite.  I shall say no more as you shall surely get the point of what  have done...a lot of the little things were hand made, a few store bought, a lot from my stash...Thanks for looking...

To end 2011, I would like to thank everyone for taking part in all of my "fun".  My final project was one of my favorites.  Many thanks go out to everyone who took part, especially Deb and Diana for always being there for me all year.  Enjoy and have a very Merry CHRISTmas!!
Looking forward to a pleasant 2012...

New Christmas Post

This little Christmas card is a Whiff of Joy called "Ice-Berry Greetings".. I colored her with water colors and used The Paper Patch as my background paper.  Used Nestability as backing for little bear and MS punch for butterflies and Prima flowers clled Fairytale Roses.. Used MS glitter glue on all spots that needed glitter...

The inside was using blue cardstock and used MS different snowflakes then used the  MS glitter glue to draw them in and Used Green to draw in Merry Christmas...

Ice Beary and I are wishing you all a very Merry Christmas..

Hoping you enjoyed my card and if you care to leave a message I would appreciate it so much..

Many Hugs,  Jean

This card was to be posted for a contest, silver and turquose (necklase) but it ended today, so I missed it, but I will show it anyway and will post it onto other places.  I used the new Christmas Tilda got from Diana's shop and used an image from my cricut (lacy labels) and put a darker turquoise Bazzille behind it.. had darker turquoise printed paper I used on top.

Tilda was colored with Copics and used MS white flocking powder for her hat, pom on her hat and her dress bottom.. put turquoise glitter on her dress, hat and her boots..  had some turquoise and silver leaves and Christmas extreas from my stash.  Silver across the top.  This is a sice view as the card opens up to make a sentiment from the inside...
