Happy Birthday

This Birthday card was made for a friend and sure took me long enough to get back into the groove!!  The cardstock I used is Bazzill and is the same color as Tilda's dress and the flower but sure couldn't  prove it by the picture.  The paper is In My Minds Eye and the flower is Recollections.  The swirls were used with crystals but it doesn't look like it from the picture.  I used Copics on all of Tilda's coloring.


This is kind of a side picture of the card so you can get a better picture of the flower and Tilda and the sentiment.  It still doesn't give the correct color of the cardstock and doesn't show off the bling too good which you know I am a big fan of bling, but I know it is there.  Anyway you can see it on the flower.

This is a close up of my Tilda and still doesn't show the bling really good.  Of course the weather was really bad outside today raining and overcast so I had to take it inside and used my Ott light and some times I am not  the best with it and I didn't take my time setting up both ott lights to really get a good lighting from both sides, was in a hurry to get the card to our friend.  That what I mean.. I am a procrastinator.. oh well that is my good point!!   At least I got it done...

    She sure is sweet! I'm a big fan of purple! Your friend will love it. Sorry I haven't emailed you lately...the flu has come calling and we just can't shake it. Izzy was the first man down starting last Friday...then me on Sunday...then John on Monday...so far Grace has been spared (say a little prayer to keep her healthy!). It's been horrible. But I think we're on the mend Mama Bear! I hope so anyway!
