I decided to join the red, pink and black Magnolia color inspirational challange so today being the last day well that meant I had better get one done so last night I got my head in gear and made one... I started it out and thought it looked pretty good until I took the pictures then I said I should have done this or should have done that, but too late, here it is.. I started out with red cardstock, and put black cardstock over it, both as cards... then had some gorgeous pink ribbon with swirleys on it.. put them side by side and in the middle decided I wanted to put a Tilda, but the on I wanted was to be sitting.. now what to sit her on??? Didn't want a chair, not a couch, so I thought I could use the Magnolia Doohicky swirl two and reverse then making like a little swing and put her in the middle... well it worked and I think she is adorable in it... So I discovered a new way for Tilda to have a seat... Bet I am the first one!! LOL Of course I did have to use bling and I used Diamond Glaze on the Doohicky and the shoes, but it really showed up as bling.. no honest I didn't bling them...
I do hope you enjoy my attempt at such unusual colors (at least for me) you all are sure putting us through the test here), but I am enjoying it so much and this is sure putting my mind to good use... making me really use it.. good therapy for me... I may not always remember and have to be told, but this is good fun... Thank you so much..
And all comments are so appreciated... All the comments that I have been receiving have been so much fun to get, even though I don't respond to each and every one, know I am like a kid in a candy store, I get excited each time I get a comment on one of my cards... to think someone cares enough to leave a message.. you just don't know.... So all I can say is Thank You All...
Hugs, Jean
